Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth equipment, including tables, chairs, tents, displays, and other necessary supplies. Electricity is not available.
Booth spaces must remain fully staffed during all event hours from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Vendors agree to keep their assigned booth area clean and orderly throughout the event.
At the conclusion of the event, all vendors must completely clean their booth area and remove all trash, boxes, merchandise, and personal items.
Vendors may begin setting up by 7 AM on the day of the event.
Vendors may not sublease, transfer, or share booth space without prior approval from the Host.
Restrooms are available for vendors only. Vendors are asked to help keep these facilities clean and respectful for all participants.
All food items offered for sale must be pre-packaged and properly sealed before arrival.
Booth displays may not extend beyond the designated booth space. A limited number of tables are available for rent for $10 each on a first-come, first-served basis. A limited number of folding chairs are also available at no charge while supplies last.
Vendors must park only in designated vendor parking areas across from the back of the church.
The CCM will advertise the event through weekly church bulletins, pulpit announcements, and social media platforms. Vendors are encouraged to promote both the Craft Fair and their participation through social media and other advertising channels to help maximize attendance for everyone.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable state and local sales tax laws.
Vendors who are unable to attend are asked to notify the event coordinator as soon as possible so that the space may be reassigned if possible. Booth fees remain non-refundable.
Prohibited Items
No firearms or weapons.
No illegal, obscene, or offensive materials.
No items that violate federal, state, or local law.
Host reserves the right to require removal of merchandise inconsistent with the mission of Christ the King Church.
Weather Policy
The Craft Fair will be held rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed unsafe for vendors, volunteers, and attendees. The event organizers will monitor local weather conditions and follow guidance from the National Weather Service regarding severe weather alerts, including but not limited to thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, or tornado warnings.
In the event of inclement or hazardous weather, the organizers reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel the event when necessary for safety. Efforts will be made to notify vendors as early as possible through phone, text message, email, or social media updates.
Because many expenses are incurred in advance of the event (including advertising, setup, insurance, and administrative costs), vendor fees are non-refundable beyond a partial refund provision. If the Craft Fair is canceled prior to opening due to weather, vendors will receive a partial refund of up to $25.00 per vendor space paid. No additional refunds will be issued beyond this amount.
If the Craft Fair begins and is later interrupted or ended due to weather or safety concerns, no refunds will be issued. Vendors are responsible for securing their own booths, merchandise, tents, and equipment against wind, rain, and other weather conditions.
The Craft Fair committee will make all final determinations regarding weather-related delays or cancellations with safety as the highest priority.
Liability Release
Vendor agrees that Christ the King Church, its staff, volunteers, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or accident involving Vendor, Vendor’s property, employees, or guests during the event. Vendors are responsible for the actions of their employees, assistants, and guests.
Vendor assumes full responsibility for all merchandise, displays, and personal property brought onto the premises. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Refunds & Cancellations
Full payment is required to reserve booth space.
Covered booth spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis. If a covered booth is unavailable, the vendor may choose either (1) a standard booth with a refund of the difference in booth fees, or (2) a full refund if no booth assignment is accepted.
Submission of a Vendor Agreement does not guarantee acceptance. If Christ the King Church declines a vendor application, any booth fees paid will be refunded in full.
Once a vendor has been accepted and assigned a booth, booth fees are non-refundable except as provided below.
Vendors who are unable to attend are asked to notify the event coordinator as soon as possible so the space may be reassigned. Vendor cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
If the Craft Fair is canceled prior to opening due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control, vendors will receive a partial refund of up to $25.00 per booth space paid, as outlined in the Weather Policy.
If the event begins and is later interrupted or canceled, no refunds will be issued.
After submission, you will be taken to our payment page.
